Minimum Order Do you have a minimum order? There is NO minimum dollar amount for orders.
Simply call our customer service specialists at 630.384.1130 between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.
Cancelling Orders All orders must be cancelled in writing on your company letterhead. If the order has been pulled for shipment, you will be subject to a 15% restock fee.
Requesting an Invoice Can I get an invoice when I order online? A paid invoice will be faxed or e-mailed on all shipped orders.
Requesting a Sample How do I request a sample? Larsen Packaging offers samples upon request for the majority of our stock products.

Tax Exempt Status How do I get a Tax Exempt Form? You may request a tax exempt form by calling 630.384.1130. Larsen Packaging must have this form on-file for your company in order to accept tax-exempt purchases.

Obtaining a Quote For Larger Volumes How do I obtain a quote? Larsen Packaging offers special quotes for large volume orders and special items. Please call 630.384.1130 & ask the sales department or your sales representative for a quote or to set up an appointment.

Returning Merchandise How do I return merchandise? Call 630.384.1130 to receive an (RMA) return authorization number and return slip. Complete the form and return the merchandise within 30 days. Items purchased from Larsen Packaging cannot be returned more than 30 days after delivery has been made. Items returned within 30 days will receive a credit on the account. In addition, all returned items must be in unopened and unused condition to be accepted for credit.
Note: There is a 20% restocking fee along with all applicable freight charges.

Local Freight Shipping Area In order for your order to qualify for Local Freight delivery, your delivery address must be within the Larsen Local Freight Delivery Area. Click here to view the Larsen Local Freight Delivery area map. You must be within the boundary illustrated on the map to qualify for Larsen Local Freight delivery. Shipping Policy What is your shipping policy? Larsen Packaging ships prepaid and will add any applicable freight charges to your invoice.
Your order is shipped from the nearest Larsen Packaging location the same day, if the order is placed by 4pm that day.
UPS or Local Freight will be used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you.
Rush Shipments/Special Instructions Please request UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS Next Day Air or Local Freight 1-2 Days. We will promptly take care of your needs.
UPS Shipping How do I know if my order will ship UPS? UPS or Local Freight will be used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you.
